I'd appreciate some help with this latest purchase received today as I know that it gets complicated with all the 1794 varieties. Can you help me identify the variety and perhaps grade this coin?

It's worn, but after 217 years looks a lot better than me at 66 years! I hope I didn't spent too much!

It looks better in person than these scans unfortunately I'm not good with a camera. I do have a digital microscope if that will help.

Thanks!

Thanks Dave! It did appear somewhat corroded when I purchased it on ebay. The seller is someone I've bought from many times and I was surprised that the coin looks much better in person.

That coin has terrific details! It's unusual that both sides of the coin have that much detail!

I give it a nice F12 (with the aforementioned corrosion).
