You have an 1815 half penny token from Nova Scotia. This is the two top leaves large flag variety. There are four varieties for this token, one and two leaf in the wreath on his head and small and large flag on the reverse. (From the book) Nova Scotia depended on shipbuilding and trade with Great Britain, the United States and the West Indies and tokens issued bearing these legends were readily accepted. Thomas Halliday is credited with the design. Neat token well worth seven bucks.

I have bought tokens simialar to this one for $5 to $15 in similar condition from a local dealer who specializes in Canadian material. He actually gave me the book Canadian Colonial Tokens by W.K. Cross that I used to identify this token for you. They are an overlooked part of numismatics with many available in lower grades.
