I found an interesting coin at the show today. At first, I thought this coin was damaged, until I noticed the weak rim opposing the clip (arrows).
Maybe a second center hole partially overlapped the planchet?
The size seems close, and the "blakesley effect" suggests this isn't PMD. Perhaps Mike Diamond or other experts would like to comment?

It could be an incomplete planchet, from the end of the strip.

The Belgians did some funny things with their coins at this period of time; I have a preliminary design pattern of this 5 centime coin.

A first glance, it looks like PMD, but from what I know, I am not so sure about this one..........

Thanks for your input! I'm also fairly certain the clip was present when the edge was upset on the planchet, ie before strike.
