This is nice little Cud I picked up off ebay for 8 bucks last week,But it is no comparison to this one I found surfing ebay (1971 LMC) This is one of the Biggest ones I've seen. What I'm curious about is, What the value is of one this big? Condition of it is a little less than desired http://cgi.ebay.com/1971-D-LINCOLN-...em3cb968c1cc
I was still in amazement over the 1971 I didn't think to add the reverse.I did weigh it and it came in at 3.1 Grams so its amongst the last true copper cents. Thanks for asking
A die break similar to that of the 1971-D sold a short while ago for about $260, if I remember right. It was graded by NGC and in much better condition, I think it was a 64 or 65. This one will probably sell for $150 to $175 imo.
