I've found one of these a couple weeks ago, then got less excited when I found a couple others... I see 129 listed by Wexler just for 2009-P Early Childhood design. Considering there are so many, do these doubles have any collector value?

I have a three ring binder of them full of these. Probably in the 400 different ones range. It depends on which ones are the most popular/most common. Some are very nice, some are just minor. So it depends on what you have?

All the ones I've found are the log cabin design. I have two of EC WDDR-105, which has a wide spread and I happen to think is one of the nicer ones. I have I think three others, which I can't recall the numbers of or I haven't identified yet. The really subtle ones I wouldn't be able to catch - some of them I can't even make out from pictures.

I like the die clashes on these. I have a few of the LP2 clashes. But I would like to find someone who would trade a LP1 for a LP2 clash.

I'll check mine for clashes. I've been saving all my 2009 pennies because I see so few. I almost have a roll.

captainfwiffo: I just through about 700 2009 cents into circulation. I was keeping them but now decided I'm only going to keep the errors or dramatic Doubled dies of that yr.

Hopefully they'll come back around my way. I'm not trying to get a big hoard them or anything, just a roll or of each design to stash away would be nice.

LP2 Skeleton Finger seems to be most highly touted on various boards.
