WOW, no that would of been a hard one to put the MS70 on. But ya have to admit, they sure have pumped out alot of MS70's in their days. But I have to agree, it's not the only grade they issue.

That's only because he could not figure out why the coin doesn't look "perfect" in his eyes and he can't grade.

Both the obverse and reverse have major rim damage. Even SGS couldn't miss this amount of damage.
