1st 1944P- not sure, better photos would help
1929S- yes but you should check the rim near the top of the obverse. If the edge is completely smooth in that area and not dented or bulged out, then it is a strong manifestation of the Blakesley Effect. If there is any roughness on the edge, it is possibly PMD.
2nd 1944P- yes
