1998 P Nickel- Faint To Almost No "Unum"

Would this be considered an error? Grease Filled Die? Or just a weak mint? Every other detail on the front and back are crisp. All 5 steps are visible. If you notice the shadows in the picures I tried to get every angle of light. In some light you cant even see the UNUM...in other light it is very faint. What do I have?

Nice photos for showing details. Can even see the steps. I agree with coop, although the weakness of the rim in that location didn't help.

The grease soffened the edge of the rim in that area.

I agree with the above posters. It's pretty common, so a grease-filled die has to be more extreme than that to carry a premium.
