What do the terms 2nd Reverse and 3rd Reverse mean?

Depends on what you're talking about. Need more detail. Where did you see it and what was it referring to?

Morgans...I saw them on wscoin.

I believe there were three main reverses for this Morgan. There was the 8 tail feathers, 7 tail feathers, parallel top arrow feather and 7 tail feathers, slanted top arrow feather.

guido said it correct, there was a 8Tf (first) 7TF (2nd) and a 1878 with the reverse of a 1879 which had a slanted top arrow feather (3Rd)
