VG details but alot of scratches, maybe dipped as well? Or is that just the light?

Deffnatly VG details. I agree alot of marks. I also wander about a cleaning.

The coin looks like it was cleaned sometime long ago. The obverse has quite a bit of retoning. The reverse is a still a little shiny. I like her a lot anyway and I picked her up for $8.00 below Red Book. I love the design and details! I will now be looking a VG or better go with her!

I agree with most- VG details, but downgraded for scratches to G and possible cleaning.
