Today I got 6 more rolls from the bank I was only able to go though two rolls so far. I was amazed when I looked at the date on this coin. What do you think the grade would be. I noticed something on top of his head really the only flaw of the coin what caused that?

I would say that its an ms60 coin. Looks like the obverse was struck with a polished die.

This is a large date coin correct?

Yes, it's a large date. The 9 is higher than the 1.

That discoloration about the head does look a bit quirky, but you might check with a loupe if that is lamination of something that happened outside of the mint. MS61 due to numerous marks on the obverse

MS 62 LD sounds right to me. I got to admit Memorials are starting to grow on me. I really don't save them but am starting to think I should grab a MS set before it's too late.

The spot above the head is just a stain, very common.
