Looks like an old toy cowboy cap gun! Too bad its broken, but your coin finds are awesome!

That cap gun looks identical to one I had in the '50's when I was a tyke. I remember the star and the longhorn head on the handle! The barrel had the same scrollwork on it as did the rest of the gun, btw.
