Why isn't Belize in the Krause 2011 banknote catalog?

No idea. Belize has not recently changed it's name to something else.

I assume you're talking about the 1961-to-present Modern Issues volume (volume III)? In the Volume II book (general issues up to 1960), "Belize" was called "British Honduras" and you'll find its banknotes listed under that name. But in Volume III, you should find banknotes listed under "British Honduras" up to 1973, under "Belize" from 1973.

Sap,
I looked at volume III a couple of days ago and didn't find Belize only British Honduras which only goes to 1973 as you have already stated. I was going through the reviews the book has received on their website and one of them states :
" Belize is missing as a county. "

Maybe an error?
Thanks,

Yep, sounds like an error then. I know all sorts of countries in the coin catalogues disappeared into the abyss when they first split the volumes up by century; it took them about a decade to sort that mess out. Don't know why Belize would suddenly disappear from the Pick moderns book, though.
