Perpetual Set Updates Are Finally Done 07/16/2011

I know you have all been asking for these updates for a long time, but the participant list and mileage are finally current.

Whereas we did not have a steadfast set of requirements for participation before, I have put some guidelines in place. In order to be considered for participation, members must have been active for at least 6 months and have a minimum of 250 quality posts. Members who do not meet these requirements will not be considered for inclusion.

I apologize for being so rigid with this, but the set has now been traveling for over 6 years and roughly 56,000 miles and I know we all want to ensure its safety as much as possible.
