I found this in a roll today and there seems to be a die clash of the outline of Lincoln on the reverse. The pictures aren't the best but it is visible. Does this add any value to the coin? I'm also curious about the grade so if anyone wants to throw out what they think that would be great! To me the obverse seems to be VF 20 but the reverse seems lower. How is the overall grade determined in a case like this?

Nice. I see the clash but don't think it's severe enough to hold a premium. I was told you place a split grade coin on what the obverse would grade.

It's not a clash. It's a transfer of the design through the pressure of striking coins and is completely normal. A clash would have very sharp outlines.

I have a 1929s of the same features at the back. I was contemplating a die clash but now I am enlightened by coppercoins authoritative delivery. Thank you coppercoins.
