Does anyone have an idea why the reverse is so weak on this coin. Thanks for your opinions.

Is that a die crack?
What is it that appears on the reverse opposite the "crack"?
Looks like struck through something that went right thru,or is that an illusion?

Struck through a wire or something at the G. Opposite at the H on reverse is gunk or something.

Maybe there was a cap on the reverse die previously and it hammered the heck out of it?
