I just picked this one up, after looking at all of Moe's amazing half's I had to get one of my own. What would you guys grade this one?

im no expert on Seated coins but looks like a vf to me.

I would guess EF-40.

I would place this 1875 at VF 35 to XF 40. It looks like some corrosion or pitting on the observe. I too envy Moe's set.

I would go with EF-40 with EF-45 not out of the question.

Light pitting on the obverse, but still attractive. EF-45 details.

I would also go EF-45 details. Still lots of detail left in the hair. Nice coin... I'm also a big fan of Seated halves.

Maybe a picture with different lighting might change some opinions on the pitting or corrosion of the coin, or it might enhance it. I don't see any pitting or corrosion with the coin in hand, it has some dark spots of toning around that area, and my pics aren't the greatest. Any change of opinions or other comments?
