For some reason these pics came out a lot darker then I expected. There is some glare I had trouble removing at 9 o'clock-ish. So let me know what you think is the grade?

AU55 - Wait, I see a chip on the rim - AU53

Looks like AU-50, but I will say NGC AU-53.

AU-53 would be my guess to.

The obverse looks really sharp. All the hair details are there, Liberty is sharp and so is the ear. On the reverse the top leaves look a little flat, lacking detail. Maybe a weak strike. I'll go with an AU-53.

NGC grade XF40 BN.

Including Heritage Auction pics I found of same slabbed coin that may show better than mine.
Wear over BER, some light scratches on check and near the neck. The leaves on reverse are flat as mentioned.

Bryan1315- Not quite at the level you were looking for, but still a sweet coin IMO.
