I found this in my most recent box of cents. I can't find a match on coppercoins but I did read on Lincoln Cent Resource there are over 100 types of RPM for 1960.

Looks like a RPM to me. There are a lot of them listed and maybe even one or two that are not. Nice find though.

Looks like to be either 1960D-1MM-049

1960-D-RPM?

or 1960D-1MM-050

1960-D-RPM?

nice find

you will find more information here:

http://coppercoins.com/diesearch.ph...=mmom&page=4

if I had to guess without looking at die markers it would be 1960D-1MM-049

Oh durrrr. I glady would have tried to make a guess if I hadn't forgot to look past the first page of listings. Thanks.

Judging solely on how the MM looks I'm with you guys guessing 1960D-1MM-049.

Either my magnification is just too weak or the coin is too worn for die markers except if the indent in the 8th column is one of the markers for 1960D-1MM-049 then that is the closest I can come to matching any markers.

Markers are helpful, but not always present. If you coin was made before an even happened to create the marker, it is still the same die. If the reverse is changed the reverse markers will be missing. Die scratches in the fields flatten. But next to devices they may still be seen.
