 I wish I could find it too. I wish they would answer their phone. Why would they put an ad in every issue of Canadian Coin Trends and then not answer their phone. How is one supposed to submit coins to them. I submitted through a dealer a couple of times, but I would like to do it myself.

Zonad, I agree with you, it's incredible that a major player in TPG would have no web presence in 2011.

I just wonder how they do any business at all.  No, web site doesn't answer the phone half the time, here in 2011 can't get in touch with a TPG..makes one wonder.

When someone is fortunate enough to get their attention,ask how they deal with coins they have misattributed.Will they compensate those who have been misled?

ICCS is not accountable to its customers.
I think ICCS should start including the disclaimer: "Buy at your own risk" lol..

I had one experience with ICCS over the phone and decided not to do business with them, strictly because of the horrendous attitude I experienced from the person who curtly answered my question.
