After getting advice from many experienced members in this sub topic on the forum, I now understand the importance of a return policy on ebay. I have 3.5 ounces of silver up for sale on ebay, but since there are bidders on it I can't change anything. Does anyone know of any way to change the return policy to returns accepted. I don't want it to sell for low because of that silly mistake. If anyone can help - thanks a bunch! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...t_734wt_1156

No returns on bullion is quite alright and the industry standard (for some quite obvious reasons).
However, with coins (even with silver content) a return policy will likely bring in higher bids. At this point in the game, you are out of luck unless someone happens to ask a question on the time and you post the answer along with the fact that the particular set will have a return option.
On subsequent listings, a return policy would be good. But, you can raise your public relations on this sale by simply including a rider in the package stating a return policy, and not that the "No Returns" on the auction listing was an omission. Depending on the buyer, they may leave something in the feedback regarding it.
In any case, you strengthen the possibility of retaining a repeat customer because you went "the extra mile" on the transaction.

Based on the content and gram weights you have listed, I would say you have 2.85 troy oz of pure silver total.

Many dealers simply will not allow returns due to the constant flucuation of the market. I mean really, does gold and silver ever remain a certain price, no they are always moving up or down....
Now on the flipside as you learned in other thread, many will not even consider buy if no returns allowed....
Simply click on "REVISE" and type in I do allow returns, disregard the set "no returns", and you should be fine....

Most people are probably holding their highest bid for the end.

Not you thunder lol, that bernie guy
He won one of my auctions once, claimed he never got the set of cards....I had seller protection and a tracking number/delivery confirmation....so obviously he didn't get his money back
ever since he's been bidding on my auctions...normally when they're at a low price
can't get rid of him
