It's hard to tell because your picture is blurry, but I think your coin is RDV-006, AKA 1988 reverse of 1989. The principle difference is the font is a bit fancier on the initials. There are some good pictures in this other thread.

Going by your close up of the FG your coin is not the RDV because the top of the G is too long and I don't see the little tail on the bottom of the G.IMHO,

In RDV 006, the G has a serif.
