She can't be "talking on a cellphone" in 1928, because a cellphone doesn't work by itself. With no cellphone towers or satellites for the phone to connect up with, she'd just be talking to herself anyway, even if she did have a phone. As for coins for time-travelling souvenir-hunters to pick up, the subject has been brought up numerous times on the forum before. Go back in time to this thread, for instance. HOWEVER, if this was a cell phone from the future, the radio waves from the cell phone could, might, should go back along the same path the phone came from. Therefore the radio waves WOULD still be usable. Unfortuately the conversation would have to be with someone in the present only. If you ever watch Stargate Programs they do that there all the time.
