I think is silver, did the drop test.
Approximately 2/3 the size of a dime.

Date is faint maybe 1893 or 5.

This coin is Dutch.
'Der Ned' can be seen in front of Wilhelm's head.
From the reverse I am convincing myself that
'10'
'CENTS'
'1868'
can be seen in horizontal lines on the reverse.

That would make it KM 80.

with sel. This coin is from the Netherlands and I can also see the 10 cents. The date I can't really make out, 18?8. Not sure if I can see the 6 or not.

The coin is .640 silver. If it is a 1868 then that is the key date in the series with a mintage of only 200,000. Krause lists this coin in fine at $120, but that probably differs from the actual market value since Krause tends to be off on market value. Try to see if you can identify the date. Hope this helps.

I am squinting the hardest I could possible to check if that's a 1868. But I doubt it. LOL!
Is there a solution to Nic-a-date on silver.
