many online coin dealers sell bullion coins. Or you could try the APMEX, one of the links on the top banner.

Provident Metals is pretty good. I've used them a few times and have been really pleased.

I'd stay away from any dealer in your state, they'll charge you sales tax.

I guess I should have said ask about sales tax before you commit. Yeah I did have one pawn shop that didn't charge sales tax on a Morgan.

I do not pay sales tax at the coin shop I go to. I would honestly call a coin shop. I am sure they get a lot of bullion in every week. This could be a great way to make a good friend and business associate.

bullion is just referring to bulk right?

Quote: bullion is just referring to bulk right? As I understand it is just straight PM value without any numismatic value. So a bullion coin wouldn't have any guarantee of grading. Or so I was told by a big bullion dealer (Kitco). I'll just add the main reason I don't buy from APMEX is I'm in Okla (and so are they) so they have to charge me sales tax but not the other out of state sales.

I live in a state that has a sales tax but there is no tax on gold or silver coins. Not sure how they managed to over-look that possible revenue source but apparently they have.
