More re-inforcements arrive in December 2012 (more Tea Party Senators to move the Senate from Democrat to GOP). Then with Obama gone in 2013 there is the repeal of Obama care, (if the Supreme Court doesn't throw it out first), and a complete repudiation of the welfare/Socialist agenda... Helps to give you some insight into the current ructions of the World economy. Things just happen at light speed now, with modern electronic interconnection, rather than at glacial speed.
