MS-62 The luster is better on this coin but the coin has ugly fields and water stains. The right obverse field is very rough, also notice a common problem with the moderns, the hair is not fully struck. See the flat spots in the middle of the head? This also happens on the shoulder. This is a major challenge to collecting the later dates. I look hard for coins with fully struck hair because that bugs me.

A coin from that era has to be exceptional to grade high.
