The king's hair and ear look OK and so do the mane's on the lions.

I suspect that these coins may have been poorly struck. I have a similar coin in my collection with traces of luster still on it, but the lion heads are as flat as on this one. I agree with EF-40. Krause values it at $3

I have one and just thought it was a poor strike or old dies but the more I see they are all this way. Or at least most.
