Looking through a mint roll of these quarters, found half a dozen with die chips or cracks at the end of the paddles and a planchet depression beside the right paddle(pic #1, #2) and another half a dozen with a die chip under the canoe and above the N (pic #3). I guess when you're pumping out quarters like there's no tomorrow, quality control takes a back seat.
So here's another 2000 quarter : 'ingenuity' reverse, also from an unc roll. Looks like PMD , but it did come from a shrink plastic roll. Does anyone know if these are rolled at the mint or a third party ? Any thoughts on this coin ? Thanks.
