Would love to see bigger pics, but from what I can see ms64, 65 if the strike is fuller than the image depicts.

Strong 64 in the slab. In my opinion, a 65 with that strike would have to be a 66 without the strike weakness, but if it says MS65 I won't be surprised. At this grade, though, the photos are way too small for me to stake my (limited) reputation on anything.

You've presented no evidence of reflectivity, and seeing it from these photos is not an option. Here's an example of what NGC thinks is PL (the Coke bottle is more than 12 inches from the coin):
