I'm thinking you should ask for $2.50 pieces. Halves, if they don't have, get dimes.

I think it depends on what you want to find. If you want silver go for halves and dimes. If you want wheats go for cents. It all really depends on what your looking for.

It's simple: If you want more coins to look through for whatever amount you have to play with, then choose the lower denominations.

I went and got nickels anfter finding my "lost" whitman folders.

Well here are my results. I filled up my 1962-1995 folder. I found no War Nickels but I did get to upgrade my 1938-S! Not too bad I guess.

the 1938 s is a toughie! Congrats on that, better than a War Nickel in my opinion.

Depends on if your go there and your face is covered with a ski mask and a gun. Then just take all of those in your poll. For a fast get away, never take large bags of coins or the weight will slow you down.

I like looking through pennies but I think for the return ou're better off trying halves.
