My guess is VF 20+. I am new at grading. To arrive at this conclusion I am using the RedBook and my free PCGS photo grading app.

Nice Coin! I am looking forward to hearing what guru's say.

I would say VF-25, though I would try and find a good way to get that gunk off the back without damaging the coin. It would be much more attractive.

Thanks for having a look. What would be best to get rid of the gunk?

I also like VF-25 for this Large Cent.

I would use %100 acetone to de-gunk the reverse.

Good luck
