You can't fault the seller...his description does actually say it's plated, in the fine print.

Same story here, but 10 ounces...

Still, the seller is listing the items in Bullion > Silver > Bars & Rounds and stating in the title 1 troy oz .999 fine silver. Some people who bid with there mobile phones don't even look at the description and just see that it's in the silver bars and rounds category. He is just another scammer prying on peoples ignorance. Check the guys feedback, lots of positive and then one saying he cancelled his order after he figured out it was plated. At least the 10 oz bar is stamped silver clad. The first one is just playing deceitful being stamped 1 Troy oz 100 Mills 999 Silver. No where is it stamped clad.

He should have his auctions pulled. Granted, he is putting the info in the small print but it is still misleading. The title should say clad or overlay.

"1 troy oz" and ".999 fine" are well-understood, much less is the term "100 mills". They're squeaking by on a technicality, but the confusion there is deliberate.
Picturing a maple leaf is deliberate confusion too.

1 TROY OZ .999 FINE SILVER MAPLE LEAF ART BAR--That is his title. That is intentionally misleading and, in my opinion, quite dishonest. I am not saying people should not read the small print or the rest of the info but I think the title of an auction should be an accurate description of what the seller is offering. I have no doubt that this type of seller has multiple accounts and opens new ones as soon as his feedback starts to reveal what he is up to. Just another reason people have to be extra cautious and read the whole description.

Yep, ads should be pulled and seller should be banned. They know they are misleading people.

I have spoke with several people in my area about MILL Silver. No one even knows what it is. They are willing to pay the price out of ignorance, and in this case ignorance is not bliss.

i think people need to read descriptions completely, have some knowledge as to what they are bidding on,only buy from sellers with good feedback and a clearly explained return policy, and finally closely examine the item you purchased and get a 2nd opinion from a dealer or expert who you trust.....just my 2 cents worth
