Check out this item up for auction on teletrade. Look at the slab and the auction description, then look at the coin. Do you see anything off?

It's not obvious how to report problems like this, but I sent them an email at the "info" address.

Looks like they took it down. The date on the coin did not match the date on the slab. Looks to be NGC's fault.
