NGC Mint Error Attribution : 1889 British India 1/4 Anna

brokencompass Valued Member United States 451 Posts	Posted 08/12/2011 01:59 am I noticed the outline of the obverse on the reverse on this 1889 1/4 anna from British India. I think it looks like a die clash. Would NGC attribute this mint error? What category of mint error should I submit it under? Report this Post to the Staff
