Just started collecting coins this week. Just did a coin jar search and thought I'd report my findings!

1 - 1936 Buffalo Nick
3 - Wheat pennies, 1 from 1919, 1 1940, and 1 1958
2 - Susan B Anthony half dollars, both 1979
1 - 2009 Lincoln Penny. Going to start looking for the other 3.

Also found a bunch of Canadian coins of various dates.

Are you looking for errors and varieties? The 1979 SBA has a near date variety that is quite collectible. And the 2009 cents have a lot of doubled dies.
