It's considered damaged because of the coloring, but it is still an ASE. Spot + $1 or $2.

Yes it is an ASE, but it is a damaged ASE, Spot period no premium.

Just because its colored doesn't make it really valuable or anything. Just worth spot.

Let it sit in acetone for 30 or so minutes and it should be as good as new...
