I have some coins from Netherland and switzerland where the revese is upside down, i.e. when you switch the coin between face and reverse the picture on the reverse is completely inverted (both the pic and writting). when I checked these coins on world gallery coin, this didnt match with the pictures of these coins.

Is this considered an Error?

No, I don't think so. Switzerland has switched over it's design from medalian to coin reverse and hence making you think it's a genuine error. There are however real genuine errors but I recommend you to get a Krause or some sort.
