Are you taking about "no reserve," but the coin was won for $125 with one bid? That's one way to scare everyone else off from bidding!

Yea this coin was clearly cleaned and had been mounted, as the "minor imperfection" is really leftover solder from a mount. I'm gonna give the seller the benefit of the doubt and assume they are simply clueless, rather than just a straight up liar.

It sold, so someone must have liked it. I think ebay buyer protection would override the No Returns policy with the description like that.

The price is pretty fair for the condition, it just seems like they were hoping for a higher price by finding a sucker to pay attention to the description and ignore the obvious.

Not taking sides here either way. Cleaned, yes.
Possible die imperfections Cud/chips etc. along with some PMD
maybe.
