Just found out PI is San Luis Potosi in Mexico. I shall look again......

It's from Bolivia. The mint mark is TPS (one over the other), it's under the 1R. It is actually P.J. and not P.I.. It is KM# 70.

The obverse looks real to me but the reverse looks too good to be true. I can't tell if it's real or fake. I say you have a 50/50 chance.
