My niece's husband gave me this when I was visiting a couple of weeks ago. Never saw anything like it.
At 1st glance it's like an Indian Head cent, but a military reverse with flags, drum, and crossed cannons.
I've tried to add photos, but I get a window which tells me to log in even though I'm logged in already.

Your Civil War Patriotic Token is clearly one of several known as Flags/Drum/Cannons but I am quite sure it is not the 82/352 shown in the ebay link above. My biggest concern is what appears to be the single spike below the cannons on your token, whereas the 352 die should show three spikes below the cannons. There are 6 varieties of that design shown in the Fuld's book Patriotic Civil War Tokens. A clearer pic of the reverse will help greatly in identifying it. I believe the obverse design to be the Scovill beaded border, identified by Fuld as die 82.

Any chance you can post a higher res closeup that we can examine?

I concur with Bill. It's a Fuld die 82. The star to the left of the bust nose, and the location/alignment of the stars above the leading and second feathers on the headress match no other.

As per the reverse, taking into consideration the left askew of the Liberty Cap, and the single spike below the cannons, I believe it is a Fuld die 351.

Using Moore's reverse listings, there are but three varieties of this die pairing: Copper, Brass, and CuproNickel. (Fuld's listing concurs)

The coloring of the specimen is indeterminate, based on the photographs.

The rarities are the following:

82/351a (copper) R-2
82/351b (brass) R-8
82/351d (cupro-nickel) R-9

No problem Bill. I see whoever relabeled the Subject line got the reverse die number wrong.
