Looks original to me. Both NGC and PCGS are too paranoid anymore. If a coin doesn't have the exact look they wnat in their slabs, they slap it down with cleaned or color problems.

I know its after the fact but what is the halo look from the chin to the eye brow? to many hits for 65 imho. Lets see what anacs says cause I have 3 that I would like to get slabbed.

DV defantly a repunched 1 top left deticle too, but I don't see anything on the 2

Yeah, I see what you mean about the halo. I notice this on many MS IHC's. Strike issue I believe.
I would be happy with MS64RD although I personally think it may go higher. We will see.

I think it deserves 65 RD because the coin probably has barely any hits in hand; photos exaggerate flaws especially on a very small coin. PCGS and NGC should start going after fake and seriously doctored coins (and stop allowing cleaned garbage Seated Liberty dollars in problem free slabs) instead of just arbitrarily denying good material.
