well being a manager gives me more advantage..access to the manager menu that has an "open till" button so I can go and search when we have no customers as well as access to the safe which has a few thousand in it..

quarters are the easiest to spot as I've been collecting them for awhile ( I can even spot them in customers hands as they search through their coins..I have actually aquired silver coins that way if they didn't want them for themselves )

being the only collector at my workplace makes it easy too, I have trained some of my fellow employees to spot a silver coin so occasionally one of my crew members comes up to me with something interesting. And any foreign coins get taken out of the tills by me or by the manager making the deposits as we cannot deposit foreign coins, so quite often I have a few foreigns sitting in my mailbox when I come in because my fellow mgrs know I collect so they do me the favour.
