These two put a dent in my coin budget, but they were too hard for me to pass up.
Seller pics are better than what I could muster up.

I welcome your thoughts, insight and comments.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Yikes! Those are amazing!

Is that a little clash I see under the chin on the braided hair pattern?

Wow... Absolutely stunning...... The reverse of the Flying Eagle looks to be clashed as well... That's a coin budget I could only dream of... Simply beautiful patterns...

Not sure if those are die clashes. I bought these from Rick Snow and I'm thinking he would have identified them in his description, but... any suggestions on how I can confirm?

Paid
1854 = $1500
1855 = $1800

I recently sold some of my coins and circulated sets, so the timing worked out well.

BEEEEEEEAUTIFUL! =)

I sure love those 1855's. Those are great pictures. You might cautiously approach Rick Snow - there isn't a huge amount of information available. You can always take them with you to the next coin show the both of you will be at, or you can make an attempt at sending him the pics...

Wonderful, congrats!!
