There is something up with this mint mark here, looks like a double stamp to me, possibly D over S, or D next to D, or a D over a crooked D, but am not sure. This magnifier I have sucks, but there is definitely some sort of double stamp. Please help, and what might the value of something like this be? I do not plan on selling, just would like to know, thanks!

The coin is a 1946-D

The mintmark is damaged, it took a hit which displaced some of the metal.

Agreed, it's the '47-D with the RPM.

It is just damaged, no RPM.
