A circulation find that is in pretty rough shape, maybe VG-10 at best. But because of the wear, it's very hard for me to diagnose if this is what I think it is. There is clear separation in a few spots, yet other spots are almost blurred because of wear...I can try to get better pics on in a bit, as my photography leaves a bit to be desired... input on this coin or the pics is much appreciated as always... Thanks everyone...

I'm thinking more of circulation damage that flattened the devices. This happens on circulated examples.

Coop is exactly right. Your coin is completely normal and suffers from excessive beating by circulation.
