Not sure if this is a misaligned die or misaligned planchet. Notice on the reverse from 2k to 7k how the rim disappears. But on the obverse between 7k and 10 the rim is thin. all comments welcome. Thanks as always,John1

Yes it looks like it has a minor MAD on each side. Nothing special.
