I found this old 1864 INC. I know it's pretty beat up but I was trying to look at what the value may be. From what I see, there were a few different versions of the 1864 INC. Can anyone tell me which version I have & if it hold any value?

Thank you

Appears to be a rounded bust, so it would be the no "L" variety. As to value, honestly, it's about worthless. Maybe a $1.

Would you happen to know where I can find a picture on an "L" and a "Non L"? Thank you for your help. =)

LTMets44, the "L" is found on the ribbon on the indian's headdress... unfortunately the damage on the coin is such that it obscures these details.

There is a photo in the Red Book of U.S. Coins.

I agree... in this condition as shown, it's value is maybe $1.

Thanks for the input. And $1 is 99 cents more than it cost me. =)
