Nope. The three known (counterfeit) 1902 Micro O varieties are all tilted hard to the right.

With that said, your coin looks like a relatively easy attribution, if I'm correct in seeing a 2-olive reverse and a high mint mark tilted left. Those two features narrow down the possibilities significantly.
