The only Top 100 1889 VAMs are the two "Barwing" variants. They're characterized by a large chip atop the eagle's right (viewer's left) wing, and your coin does not have this feature.
However....I believe I see the eyelid doubled. That feature is on record for only one 1889 VAM - VAM-55. Doesn't mean it isn't present on other VAMs, just the only one it's recorded for. Can you confirm this?
Next, have a look at the ear. 1889 VAMs are primarily differentiated by date location and ear doubling (I think I can see this, also, on your coin).
If you can confirm the presence, or lack, of these features, we can work on an accurate attribution.
